1. Scope of Services

Merchant Business Advance operates as an independent business services consultancy and commercial finance broker. We provide introduction, consultation, and price comparison services between UK business clients and approved third-party merchant acquiring banks, POS software vendors, and commercial finance lenders.

Merchant Business Advance is not a direct lender, acquiring bank, or card machine hardware manufacturer. Entering into a card processing agreement or loan facility creates a direct contract between your business and the respective third-party provider or lender.

2. Brokerage Fees & Commercial Disclosures

We do not charge business clients upfront fees for generating quotes or reviewing merchant statements. We may receive an introductory commission, revenue share, or procurement fee from our partner acquiring banks or finance lenders upon the successful execution of an agreement. This arrangement does not increase the rates or charges payable by your business.

3. Illustrative Information & Eligibility

Any quotes, cost comparisons, fee calculators, or eligibility indicators displayed on this website are illustrative and based on benchmark UK market rates. Actual acquiring rates, terminal rentals, and loan facilities are strictly subject to formal underwriting assessment, anti-money laundering checks, credit status, and contract terms issued by the respective provider.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the website.
